Missing Home

I started out shooting portraits and landscapes. Then I got into animal and macro photography. That started to bore me so I got into street photography. Street photography never gets boring because you never know what you're going to shoot. Nowadays I mainly do portrait and street photography. I've just started to get into conceptual and experimental fashion photography.

I do everything by myself. So I find the location, I set up lights if necessary (though I almost always use natural light and work off of that), and do all the camera work by myself. I'm starting to get into fashion photography lately though, so I'm gonna start needing costume designers and make-up artists.

In my portrait photography, I work with friends and tell them what to do, what sort of poses I want and things like that. Sometimes I'll give very little guidance and just shoot as I see fit. Sometimes they surprise me. It keeps things exciting. Studio work really bores me. I'm definitely a location shooter.
