say yes to michigan I’d like to work on a documentary in 2012 about grief and loss talking to some of the families who leave these memento mori and begin to understand how they view this event. My aesthetic... I’ve known since I was 5 that I was colourblind. This singular thing has helped hone my world view. I have learned that no two people will ever see anything in the same way. I used to scan photos for publication and colour correct them. I found that I was doing this with my own work for the longest time. About 6 yrs ago I gave up. I personally got nothing from this process. I could not see the balance and hue. If anything it just made my work look washed out and lifeless to me. So I started correcting everything for my perspective making the piece look exactly the way I liked it. No doubt this alters your perception greatly. |
