My world now consists of finding sponsors and financial backers as I mastermind ways to keep the magic of photography alive. If the fashion industry contacts me for a campaign because they love what I do then so be it. I will do it. Other than that I will not go knocking on their doors. In the meantime my work does get marketed in their world if only because nobody else knows where to put it. The other sector of my work is tailored to photographers and the collectors, fans and institutes that maintain their loyalty to the art of photography.
For money I still work privately. I work with private clients who demand intimate images for their own collections. Yes, I live a strange life but I love what I do and it is dictated by me and me only. Yes, I will work for the fashion industry but would rather use fashion in my shots to tell my story. The only clients I truly desire are my photography fans and collectors of photography. I guess my end clients would be galleries and museums but I still leave room for surprises and changes. Sometimes, I set life on automatic but still shoot everything manually.
