My relationship to photography is a fundamental issue throughout this series. As I mentioned earlier, I had not made work in a few years, and the truth is I had not even glanced at my camera.
As my self-examination continued, I placed myself in front of the mirror with a trio of images watches as I repose in rapture with my camera. The result, Kitty, documents the excitement and passion of a newfound romance.
Throughout this series, I remain vulnerable in front of the lens and skeptical of the process, but I’m in it and these images are my evidence.
