Currently I’m shooting advertising, portrait and fashion editorial while I can. Advertising is more methodical, it's well planned and helps pay the bills. The portrait and fashion editorial is where I get a chance to be more creative and work a bit more loosely.
Each job or shoot is slightly different to the next and quite often requires a different team of people with unique styles, expertise or taste. Big Client jobs can often have a lot of demands and stress on set… its best to be surrounded by the best, most professional team you can source. If it’s personal work, it might be just you with your camera and a model or it might be a time to experiment with new people (stylists, hair and make-up artists, art directors) to see what they can bring out in your work and for you in theirs.
