This building is an old grainery not far from the house. Since it hasn't been used in years, I'm guessing it won't be around much longer. Something told me it would look great with some stars and stripes, so tah-da. Now the neighbours have a giant flag waving at them, and they live a mile away. Fortunately, they are family... so we'll see how long until they come tear the building down themselves.
Thanks to the patient ponies, and thanks to Jasen, the makeup artist who went waaay beyond the call of duty, the image got another dimension of red, white and blue. Yep, Jasen popped on some rubber gloves and gave the horses their 'over the rainbow' do's. But the real fun started when, after the shoot we were rinsing them off and a full blown blizzard came whipping in on us.
