The choice of music pays homage to the birthplace of couture, Paris. Some inspiration for the show came from taxidermy (a means of animal preservation that prospered during the Victorian era) and Victorian beauty Lilly Langtry’s slenderness, delicacy and elegance. Both inspirations are injected with a modern twist.
