This work is part of a greater project. The original thought was to depict this idea: The girl has received a invitation to a fetish party. She is not a “submissive” girly-girl, nor a “dominant” one. She actually laughs about all that trash. So we were going to look for fifteen disguises, fifteen models for a party. The woman is a vamp, far away from all the ideas of the people at the party. We looked for an erotic disguise with which she writes “I am free” “I am not a whore nor a submissive” “I am not the medium for anybody” “I decide”.

Actually, when Denial, the hair style artist, arrived and began to work on the hair of Blythe (the model and producer) we changed some of the ideas: no nudes, wear the clothes, I wanted three styles. The vamp transformed into the coiffure.

The session was shot in Barcelona in a rental studio. Denial Toleda, the hairstylist came directly from a show in London to make the photos (without sleep!!) and returned the next day to England. Eva Romero was the make up artist. The model, and producer of the shoot is Blythe. She is a photographer and has the most beautiful eyes you will ever find. I did shoot her in some nude photographs some time ago and then she changed her side of the camera turning from model to photographer. She hunted in the Barcelona streets looking for the accessories and the clothes for this shoot.
