Lena Lipp is Red By Wolves and Red By Wolves is a London England based shoe label.

My design studio is in Hackney in East London.
It's crammed full with books especially art, photography, magazines and wooden '70s shoe lasts that I just inheritated from an old shoe maker in Germany (a last is the shape you nail the shoe on to give it its shape). Most of them are too old and brittle to use, but they are great for inspiration on shapes.

Lots of leather and tools are lying around, as I'm still making made to order shoes and samples myself.

It's more like a workshop than a studio.
