Bekka's Beeboo Bubble Wand

Right now, my photography pays for itself...about break-even. If I had to make a living at it today, I guess I'd go right into promoting my portrait work in a big way. And connect with art directors. Fortunately, that's not an issue right now. But when I retire in a few years, I hope to transition right into that type of work to pay the bills. And if along the way, I get famous... well, that would be fine too. I've really enjoyed meeting a lot of new and very creative people over the past year, and could not imagine the rest of my life without this pursuit.

I suppose if I had an artist's statement it would be: If it ain't fun, don't do it. (And I'm having the time of my life!) I'm dead serious and wholly dedicated to my work... which isn't work for me at all... just unbridled fun and exploration, and fulfilling in every way.

Perhaps that would change though, if I had to make a living at it.
