My images always tend to have a hint of romance in them. It's in my blood, I love softer faces. I also tend to extensively plan the direction and theme of the shoots. That said, given my theater/opera performance background, I tend to macro-direct the theme, but not micro-direct the actions. With experienced models like Stefanie, I found this to be the best approach, it makes the story believable. This is also why I am drawn to my favorite photographers’ work.
