Tips for the perfect body 1) Use a balanced program: weight
training, aerobic conditioning, flexibility, and a healthy diet.
2) Train hard in all aspects of your program. 3) Watch your form on exercises and remain injury free. 4) Consult a professional if you don’t know what you're doing or need tips with your current program. 5) Use a lot of variety in your program. 6) Don’t be afraid to try new things or different styles of training: Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, etc. 7) Balance your physical training with other parts of your life: Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual. 8) Meditate and never neglect proper sleep / recovery. 9) Read and watch different training books, magazines and health / fitness shows. The more you learn, the more you can incorporate into your training. |
