Bolivia is a magnificent source of untapped potential, being so isolated it is a fabulous source for inspiration, the ideas we generate tend to have an edge of originality and, though we strive to follow the trends and beat of the world, our idiosyncrasies tend to seep trough.

With this in mind I came up with an idea to integrate the knowledge of our very few, fashion specialists with the incredible skill of our artisans, thus creating a symbiotic relationship geared for success in the international markets, by providing aid in areas such as production, quality control, design (graphic, fashion, interior) publicity and promotion, business management, photography and marketing strategies, to a broad range of small to medium (for Bolivia) size companies, providing these mostly family-owned companies with the competitive edge they need to grow, creating more jobs and strengthening the economy as the means to avert poverty and social strife. My team and I called it the “Ahayo”  (spirit or soul in Aymara)  project and it’s starting to operate right now.
