I was born in Madrid, Spain, raised in La Paz, Bolivia; with an eclectic background encompassing Law, Political science, Psychology, and Art, currently promoting Bolivia’s rich potential for the fashion industry to the world.

This is a personal quest for me and I do it to honor my grandfather, General Alfredo Ovando Candia who was President of the country on two occasions, I find inspiration in his infinite love for his people and  his long term politics for development.
