The only photography class I ever took was my senior year in high school. I was introduced to a manual analog camera at that time. My work has remained analog since—even editing programs such as Photoshop are entirely foreign to me. In many ways, then, my method is quite naïve. I feel a childlike awe for the medium still—it’s more magic than method.
