180: Do you work with a team?

Kerstin: I never work without an assistant, and usually there are a bunch of other people in my team, like make-up artists, stylists and models but that depends on the picture and the budget. It also depends on the situation I am working in. For example if I am doing a portrait of a very sensitive or shy person who is not used to being photographed, I always try to reduce the team to get a more private athmosphere.
