180: How did you get started with Photography?

Kerstin:I began taking photographs because I had to study it at the university. I hated it for the first 2 years because it was black and white photography and a lot of studio work and still shots. Absolutely "not my thing "! But when I started colour photography I never used a brush again, with the exception of painting the people or the location I take pictures of.

I believe my roots still shine through my work, especially with the series "Milky Way", because the models are actually bodypainted and pasted.
