I always try to give a value, a sense to each single detail. I know that only if we understand the beauty of our subject, only in this case we can really make a picture. Before being a photographer, I studied chemistry and I was living day by day in a pure rational and scientific atmosphere. Then I decided to approach photography just in order to not lose my dreamer and irrational part and I went to take some photography lessons... From that time some years have gone by but even now I always have a methodological and rational approach to the shooting organization and to the work. At the same time I assume that, as a first step, if you really want to make a good picture, you should have a sense of wonder about your subject.
