I´ve always been fascinated by the strange worlds of theater, circus and performing arts. The Scuola Teatro Dimitri in Switzerland is a very small school for physical theater located in a tiny village in beautiful nature. When I first visited this magical place I decided to come back to take pictures there. I spent almost 2 months with the actors and portrayed them in their lives between reality and fiction, stage, everyday rehearsal and private moments.
This personal work is a perfect example of getting into a closed community. It took me a lot of time to really get involved with the people I met there. But it was worth all the labor, because I got the chance to experience a pretty fascinating community with amazing energetic people. I think you can really feel a bit of that atmosphere in the pictures.
