The inspiration for Gourmet Mouse Traps came to Davide after a week-long cheese advertising shoot in NYC. “I was in a cheesy state of mind that week” says Davide. The idea came to him while he was riding the train after a long day on set. “When I told Claudia her eyes lit up, she pulled out a pen and paper and instantly created the menu”.
