Fashion shooting is always team work... You need to be psychologist and manager all in one to do it successfully. My personal work, especially art nude, needs some intimacy and no rush... So usually no team is involved... It is more like a dialogue in silence or with ambient music in background... To keep myself 100% emotionally involved I change my field of photography from time to time... To keep a fresh eye...
