I'm almost making a living at this, it's hard. I guess as advice I'd just say try to meet as many people as you can, because you never know who will be able to help you out in the future. Most of my contacts have come from friends referring me. I have gotten some jobs from random emailing, but lately its been from friends.
I have been getting a lot of work this month which is really neat. I did some stuff for Bloomberg Businessweek and Nylon, and next week I'm doing something for Marie Claire.
I really want to have a big studio that I can hang out and work in. I would like it to be very wacky. I just want to keep shooting personal work. Even though I have been getting more jobs, its not the same as creating your own stuff.
