I don’t think there is an overall style at all in photography. There might my trends and similar narratives, but style is something very unique and inseparable from the artist. When people talk about my work, they often use adjectives like honest, emotional, true and clear. I think that not only describes my work but myself as a person! Please, as a young photographer, do not try to copy somebody or something. Be yourself and not something you find so terribly hip. The zeitgeist is something which comes from within and doesn’t last forever. So, if you stay yourself, you will be unique and not just another photographer...
