My free
projects are pretty widespread and I try to always have some
underlying concept. But in essence, all of my projects deal with humans
– directly or indirectly. I really try to be as authentic as possible. At the time when I stopped and desperately tried find my very own style (by imitating a certain look I liked back then) I developed it literally out of nothing. At least a lot of people told me so. So, whenever possible, I try to minimize my approach and take photographs intuitively and free of any standards - whether my own or foreign. As far as business photography is concerned, that’s not always possible. As for my working methods, resources and technologies are secondary and what I use really depends on the job. I do work alone with my camera as well as engaging a team and a hell of a lot of equipment. Ultimately, in the end there will be just a photograph! I constantly change my focus and broaden my horizon. Limits are folly and prevent development, if you ask me. My focus is therefore called “accepting challenges”! |
