I'm in college currently, and people that know me, know my work, ask if I'm getting a degree in photography or if I learned it in school but I almost cringe each time. Art school was and is certainly not for me. I have a hard time grasping that art is graded, and if you fail at it in school then you aren't meant to be an artist. I even tried taking a few photography classes and nearly failed them. But I think maybe this has helped me in some ways.
