I make a living at photography, combining fine art, wedding photography and illustration works.
Everything came little by little, I was very lucky because I never looked for clients. They all came to me first. My advice would be that at first, a photographer should accept almost any work he/she is offered because it will progressively lead him/her to specialize in specific areas, and it will build his/her portfolio.
I work for publishers, musicians, singers, but also galleries, magazines, and individuals who ask for photoshoots or who buy some prints.
For now, my goal is to finish my studies in philosophy. Then, I’d love of course to be able to live as a photographer and as a philosophy teacher, but I don’t have specific goals.
