Famed Czech photographer Vladimir Zidlicky was born 1945 in Hodonín, The Czech Republic and began his artistic career in 1965 as a painter, but soon established a signature style that blurred the distinction between painting and photography.
Studies of photography 1971-1975 FILM AND TV SCHOOL OF THE ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS IN PRAGUE /FAMU/, lives and works in Brno, the Czech Republic as a freelance photographer.
Since 1980 represented in many solo and group exhibitions in Institutions, Museums
and private galleries in Europe and the USA.
