In my way of working I don't force it. I think you have to enjoy what you do and then you'll get excellent results out of your work. I always try to have a good and relaxed atmosphere at the set or in the studio, whether it's a job or "just" a test.
Everyone in my team is important and you have to treat your team members with respect and really honor what they do. Team sizes change from challenge to challenge and from job to job. Sometimes I'm a "one man show" when it comes to shooting a band in a venue for a magazine, sometimes it's a team of 4-5 people working on a client's job. When shooting personal work it's almost a team of three (stylist, makeup-artist and me) plus the model. I always try to keep the team as small as possible to keep a personal atmosphere at the shooting.
