I prefer working one on one with my subjects, if possible. This allows a connection and intimacy which appears in the images that I feel can't quite be duplicated otherwise. People act differently around a group compared to with just one person. While there are certainly benefits to working with a team, I feel that input from collaborators tends to distract from my vision.
