Subliminal Movement

Do you find any points of congruence between your commercial and fine art work?

I think they are one the same when we talk about respect towards my drive to creative angles and feelings of rarity. My palette stays the same; I just have to listen with my ears more (the clientele) and not just the internal voice.

Do you work with traditional or digital materials? The grain in the Rock Quarry Nudes series doesn’t look to be digitally created.

Digital is all I shoot, I do like the instant access to the images. It’s a matter of not playing the guessing game, which is really the plus of using this medium, the ability to use the camera for what it’s good for; shooting lots of images. (Digital seems more sculptural to me)

All the Rock Quarry Nudes was manipulation, mainly in Lightroom 2.5 only, I pushed and dialed the image into edge of deconstruction.
