I always work with a creative team although I do like to keep it as small as possible, the closer I am and the more comfortable my model feels, the happier I am. My style is very much about a connection with the model, and a sort of innocence and the less people around the better, but I love working with talented and passionate creatives. My team and myself are all friendly normal people, we do this because we love it and it shows in the way we work. I like to have a good day and everyone else too, I don't like anyone to feel uncomfortable and I think this is the way I achieve the images in my style because people can identify and feel comfortable around me, and have a laugh as well as producing amazing work.
