I began as a self taught photographer, though I am in my second year of majoring in photography at School of Visual Arts in New York City. I can't say I have had my big break or any big disappointments so far. My work has always been quite stable, of course nothing is perfect and works out as planned but that is not necessarily a bad thing. It's a bit of a thrill not knowing what will happen next.
