In 1995 I entered Mason Gross School of the Arts with the intension of becoming a painter. The first three years in College I did just that, I studied painting with enthusiasm. In my third year, however, I signed up for a black and white photography class and over the course of the semester I developed a deep passion for photography. Soon I realized that I could express myself better through the photographic medium than I could through painting.
