I am making a living in photography now. If you want to work as a freelancer you must work constantly at customer acquisition and you must be a good salesperson. You need experience along with the equipment and the technique.   You must be venturesome and you need patience. My current clients include fashion labels, ad agencies and direct customers. My goals for the future include working more abroad and I would like to have many more interesting jobs.
