My advice is pretty simple... shoot what's honest or at least what seems to be real. Try not to think too much when shooting but think whenever you're not shooting. I personally don't like to be restricted by style, I think quite randomly so I seem to shoot how I feel and end up with quite diverse pictures. It can be good or bad.
