In this sense my work has existed within a strictly fine art context. More akin to a painter or object maker, each piece is developed and honed as a project that is built up over a period of time. During this process a miscellany of reference points and ideas filter into my thinking. These are mapped out in scrapbooks which are largely made up of film stills, news stories and sketches.
