The
best stuff you just can't make up. These shots are of our summer
vacation while we were in the Okanagan valley. They are, as may become
apparent, shots of a model railroad. The railroad represents the
desert-dry Okanagan valley, and is set up on the cargo deck of a
paddlewheeler named the Sicamous. Sicamous is a town on the north end
of the valley. The boat, which was bought from the railroad for a
dollar with the promise that it would not be used to compete with the
railroad, now sits on the beach in Penticton which is a city at the
