I left school very young, moved to the big city to become a beat writer!, then started painting and making collage paintings in the surrealist and realist styles.

When I moved into my first large studio I had the space to begin much larger projects. I got into photography, stop-motion animation and making props for theatre, clubs and short films.

Moving to masks occured quite randomly I suppose, at the time I wanted to specialise on something small.
