I’m quite selective when choosing team members and try to work with highly experienced stylists/make-up artists only. A photo session to me is an intimate process when feelings and thoughts are getting materialized into the image - so I prefer to keep the number of people on a set as minimal as possible and work with those I'm comfortable with.
