Within a few days, I assembled a a great team, whom were enthusiastic about the idea and were absolutely thrilled that I was going to take some artistic risk.  The models were thrilled to have someone with a different perspective to test with.  They were fearless, and I absolutely love that in teams I work with.  All of them far exceeded my expectation.
