Photographers Ole
Leifels and Holger J. Weber, jointly with nextpractice GmbH, have
developed a unique imaging technique, Kubikfoto³, which consists
of hundreds of high-resolution photographs, masterfully programmed into
a dynamic imagery. The viewer dives into the interactive dimensions of
the depicted scenes, and explores rooms, persons, and objects in detail. Three-dimensional effects give the impression of watching a movie. Still, the viewer is free to choose at any time, whether he maneuvers right, left, up, or down, whether he dims the light, or makes an exit through the door. The technique resembles elaborate, realistically animated graphics, such as in premium computer games. Yet, a Kubikfoto³ depicts reality by means of real photographs – and every single one of them meets the highest aesthetical demands. Move on to see how Kegelbahn was created.
