It was just luck that I came into the photo business. Well OK, I was at least able to use a darkroom and knew to use a camera, as an autodidact. A friend of mine showed some of my photos to a German art director. He made them the title story in a supplement from "Frankfurter Allgemeine". Just 2 months later "Stern" magazine published some of my early (1974-83) nude photos.
