Dracula

These days I work with very simple cameras. I can't play freely when I have to think too much about exposure and times, f-stops and lighting, I need an easy camera.

I did an apprenticeship with a high profile industry photographer for 3 great years, and I learned everything (large format cameras and setting up 20 lightheads for a tiny shot) only to decide that I didn't need all that fuss for my own work.

I moved to London in order to learn more about the theory and history of photography and finished a BA at the SIAD in Farnham. I guess those were the 3 other greatest years of my life. I was thoroughly turned upside down and came out with such an exciting feeling about photography that I thank my tutors very much for giving me a very hard time!

As a matter of fact: I feel sometimes like a little wizard's apprentice with some good basic knowledge.. but still so much to figure out and to learn!
