I work a day job, and a night job during the week.  When I'm not working, I use every ounce of spare time and money to further cultivate my artistic goals. I barely sleep, instead I spend my time working on projects late into the night.  I went beyond burning a candle at both ends long ago but I accept this as a normal part of life – like many other artists do.  I'm propelled to focus my attention on photography.  The routine of a day job only fuels my desire to pursue photography beyond a simple hobby. The need for self-expression and creativity have become overwhelming. When I realized the power and intensity that could be captured in a still image and the strength or subtlety of its message, I knew that this was where my own art would translate into its purist form.

I am moved by science, mysticism and nature.  My photographs are often captured in situations of minimal light, which creates a defined moment caught in time with intense elements of emotional ambiguity.  I try to draw out the raw beauty of each subject.
