As a result of his relationship with ESPRIT, John changed careers to become a photographer. His photography career has been equally dramatic . His current work in advertising, editorial and fashion photography draws on his strong sense of design and conceptual thinking. His clients include: The Sak, Hartmann Luggage, KMS Research Hair Products, Neutrogena Skin products, Eve . com, Levi's, Dockers, Birkenstock, Compaq and IBM.
His far east clients include Coupe de Chance for World, Inc., Japan, Felissimo, Japan Familiar, Japan and Tomboy for Sungdo, Korea.
His work has appeared in international magazines such as "Mirabella", "GQ", "Elle", "Interview" and "Harper's Bazaar" and has been recently been featured in Axis Magazine (Japan), Zoom Magazine, Sur La Terre, Victim (Italy) and B+W Magazine (Australia).
