In the previous image the model
bends her head to one side, as if being forced askew, the overhanging
rock pressing down on her exposed neck. Her hands keep her from being
thrown forward, the fingers pressing into the ground, resisting the
terrible weight.
There is movement in this still image. If there is life in the model, there is life in the image. Note how the model's hair is echoed by the clouds, see how the movement of the hair makes the clouds move across the sky in the direction she's looking. The model isn't comfortable, she isn't resting on the rock, she's between poses, she's in mid-movement, no dead body, no mannequin, no rock could do what she's doing.
