He's very good at critiquing my work and offering helpful suggestions, sometimes in a harsh but always truthful manner. Kim encouraged me to shoot and this time view a story behind the lens not just the picture itself. His advice was to be creative, see what isn't there even to the point of getting messy to see what is.
