Born in a small town in rural North Carolina, I quickly became transformed by the arts as a young boy. Beginning as a abstract painter and figurative sculptor; my motivation grew from my interest in luminosity, of chroma and it’s psychophysical effects.
Looking back at it now, it seems like a very logical progression from painting to sculpture to photography!
Photography holds all the intrinsic values of all the other arts; but it is the foundation of the origins of existence. Nothing can exist without the photon, and every aspect is controlled by it’s usage.
