I grew up in a villiage in the middle of the UK, art wasn't really a subject to be encouraged as more than a hobby so I studied for a degree in English Literature and German, the plan to become a journalist or author. I hated it and switched to study graphic design. Still dissatisfied I finally picked up a camera in my final year and started shooting macros of flowers and water, and self portraits and putting them online.
