Mud Boot and Lips

These fun mud looks were back to back one day. Donald painted both the face and the boots! This is the back side of the barn from the Shingles shot.

Lips got its name from the accessories on which Onch kindly collaborated with me. And leaning on Jeannette's shoulder is a beautiful old Stagecoach barn under the Birdtail rock where my Grandpa Doug was raised. My grandparents had to burn the rest of the buildings because of their temptation to trespassing vandals. In the early 1900s there was a house where my great-grandfather, Harry Dear lived... it doubled as a post office. And there was a tiny schoolhouse for the kids living out in the country.
